All of a sudden today when i got back home from brunch, I decided to take a look at Yasmin Ahmad’s blog and some of her work…
Some how, i wasn’t phased when MJ passed away….
But, i’m some what sad that we have lost an AWESOME producer… i think, out of ALL the made – in - M’sia movies, i ONLY watch hers and her ads are really good as well… Her ads and movies speak VOLUMES although the script is short at some parts…
I shud have watched Talentime when i had the chance… now, i have yet to be able to locate it… hmmm….
Anyhows, i youtube-ed her work and i came across this… and ad for Singapore…
Not sure why, but it spoke to me quite a bit with the irony of the 2 words i used as the title for this post….

Katakana was better today…results will be out on thurs.. trusting…
Let’s see… it’s been a week since i’ve updated… haha.. been trying to redeem from the horrible hiragana test by studying hard for katakana… it’s done and over with… thus much more free..
Anyhoos, last Friday, my lecturer asked, “Do you write letters?”
Some of us nodded. Then she continued to ask, “Are you serious? i thot you guys would be using emails and all by now… still use snail mail?”
Haha… well, THAT inspired me to post on this…
