i know i wished you heaps but i’ll start this post wishing you again….
A little something that is part of this post…
Done this months ago but editted it today before i posted it up….
In addition to that,
I wrote this through the course of this year… it’s not titled cuz it’s not really finished…
Dear friend, You never give up, You are almost prefect, You are just plain cute, That i can’t help but smile. Dear friend, You are always exuberant, Always encouraging others, in little ways that you yourself do not notice sometimes. Dear friend, you have taught me alot about myself, about people, and about treating people in general. Why am i writing this? I’m not sure why myself, Probably just blessed that i’ve got, such a GREAT sister – in – Christ. Guess what? I’m always afraid that i’d let you down, Probably because others have let me down, and i don’t want you to be disappointed with me. Somehow i think i did, and it hurt you, didn’t it? I didn’t forget how it happened And i won’t forget the promise i made. Dearest friend, You have brought a smile to my heart, when sadness threatens to invade me, You have encouraged me when i was discouraged. you knew the right words to say. (14 July 2008) Your text today nearly made me cry, i guess because i miss being at home, miss being in my comfort zone, I want to be a good influence to people, yet i feel that i’m insufficient, to do just that. I miss talking to you in the library, i miss being in church all day 24/7 (i can’t believe I’m saying that) I miss going for basketball with you guys…

You are growing up to be a fine young lady… You’ve changed alot…. LOADS in fact… heh… (oh and btw you looked GREAT on Mon, tho you changed into so many outfits.. haha…Wei chin said so too)
There’s a lot of potential in you that have yet to be released.. i can’t wait to see you continue to grow in the Lord in the coming years… maybe worship lead for youth service eh??
Continue to hold onto what you believe in as you grow ya…

Well, i’ve been pretty busy… Been going out nearly everyday and well i’ve got some photos of some of my outings so here goes.. haha…
Event 1: Korean BBQ with family…
I love Korean BBQ BUT it’s real costly… i went for it with my family on the day i finished my last paper and btw, i got some of my results edi….
I’ve got 3As 1A- and 1B+… still got one more sub to find out about…. Thank God for the current result… this is the best so far…
anyhows, here’s the Korean BBQ pics.. haha…

Event 2: *this lasted for 2 weeks…*
i’ve been going back to CERC for certain days to help them with the transferring of scores since everyone’s busy with today’s awards nite(which i can’t wait to attend… hehe) By going back there, i constantly see my ex-students who always surround me when they see me… i miss them.. but not their mis-behaviours…lol…
Event 3: Went back to coll with Xin Min to visit Lu, Mandy and Elen.
Event 4: Went to MPH MidV with sis to get more books to read..
haha…Btw, look at the cover of this book….
It’s actually a book for girls which teaches them all about becoming a teenager and it answers the different questions a ‘new’ teenager may be wondering about…
Event 5: CERC Basketball Friendly Match with GIIS(Global International Indian School)
They were not bad… They improved alot from last time…
Event 6: Pool game with Rach, Darren, Kenny,Wei Chin and my sis…
Event 7: Watched Madagascar 2 with uni friends and then had lunch..
We tried a new restaurant at The Gardens… it was ok… have a look at our meals..

Event 8: Accompanied sis to orthodontist…
she’s getting braces done and i got my retainer shortened… yup…
Event 9: Watched HSM 3 with Wei Chin and Sis…
The opening was quite cheesy.. haha… but it was ok… worth it to watch la..
Event 10: *not sure if i should talk about it but it was a cool event…*
Played Twister till arms were sore….
Event 11: Staged a kidnap and Liz’s surprise lunch at Decanter yesterday….
Yesterday afternoon after 2nd service, Wei Chin and I tied Liz up and blindfolded her from behind with the help of Ben Jin who distracted her first…Then Darren drove his car up and we put her into the car… Drove round and round Damansara cuz the others have yet to reach the place. Some time in the car, Liz said, “If you all wanna talk, you all can talk, i’ll just pretend not to listen.”*grins, how to talk? talk then no more surprise ler* BUT Wei Chin, Darren and i stayed prefectly quiet minus some escaped giggles…. It was hilarious trying to keep quiet with Darren’s driving… Since the others still belum ready, we stopped near a school and made her walk around first(mind you, she was stil being blindfolded). After about 10 minutes, we left the school and reached Decanter. There we took off the blindfold and the rest shouted surprise.. haha… Then we makan la… Glad that she didn’t suspect anything and that she reacted well throughout it.. hehe…

Wedding

As i have said before, i’m gonna blog about a wedding i went to about a month ago*gasps, time passes really quick dei…*
I was invited to attend my friend’s wedding and it wasn’t the ordinary church wedding as my friend isn’t a Christian tho i hope to see that one day she’ll be saved and her family as well…
It was that particular event that re-ignited the flame within me to see them saved and to do something about it as well.. I’ll explain more later…
On 31st Oct, i went for her wedding dinner and it was quite awkward as i didnt attend the dinner with my parents and since they mainly spoke chinese, it was pretty hard for me to communicate la.. but i tried whenever i could…
on the 1st of Nov, it was the tea-drinking session and i was sorta like one of the braidesmaid… ‘chee mui’ they called it… there were times when i felt outta place and there were times when i felt that i was in my own world.. wondering why i even went tho i was quite uncomfortable?? my ties to my friend and her family has a history of 20 years now… after the ceremony, i played with all her nieces and nephew… they are really a cute and energetic bunch.. hehe…

After leaving my friend’s house i felt burdened for her mom and her family…
The fire is still burning in me and i’m trying to find some way to drop in abit of who God is into their lives when i go visit them next…
This family has been a part of my life for as long as i know and i really hope that they will be saved… and i really do need to do something about it…
so yea… if you’ve got ways to help, lemme know…. one problem that i’m facing is language barrier…. as i’m not really good in chinese nor any of the chinese dialects…
yup… give me some input if you’ve got some to share…

Suddenly i find myself HOPING that what you said to me while i was at ‘ work’ , will ONE day happen. Some ___’_ actions don’t match the words said… I can just HOPE… As of right now, i feel like i don’t want to expect anymore… All the falls just makes it harder and harder… Yet i’m giving ___ the benefit of the DOUBT… that i’m just TOO sensitive this week…
I’m getting disappointed… But yesterday someone assured me that it won’t happen with that someone… I’m hoping for the best… yet, If this one fails… I know NOT how else *finish the sentence yourself*…Lord, help me to focus my eyes on YOU more than others… Because it’s getting TOO heart – breaking to think of others…. i’m particularly feeling tired… I want to LOOK to YOU ALONE… In Jesus’ name, Amen!

I know it’s kinda late.. since it’s been almost a week since my exams are done… a few photos we sneaked out of the exam hall after all our papers were handed up…

Btw, i’m not in coll today because i need to use the car tomorrow after my 2nd last paper tmr… so i’m back to relax and also to get the car into uni tmr….
papers have been okay okay la.. hehe…some were answerable… some i left out in my notes so wasn’t prepared for it… anyways, it’s done and over with… so yup… another 2 more papers.. then, i’ll be FREE!!! finally… but still busy during the hols la… kla.. got something else to post up…
